Monthly inspections provide ongoing visibility into your property with fresh reports each visit.

Issues are caught early and documented before they become expensive problems.

In practice, monthly inspection covers monthly condition check, fresh photo and video report and action recommendations. Every one of those items is recorded during the visit rather than summarised afterwards from memory, so you can see exactly what was checked, what was found and what we recommend doing about it.

We work through a fixed sequence — Visit → Document → Report — for every property in Chennai. Following the same order each time is what makes the reports comparable month to month: you can put two reports side by side and see whether a damp patch is spreading, whether a repair actually held, or whether a tenant issue is recurring.

Photographs and, where useful, short videos accompany the report, and anything that needs spending is sent to you as a written recommendation with a vendor quote. Nothing is spent without your approval, and once you approve, we coordinate the vendor, supervise the work and verify the outcome before closing the item.

Owners living abroad receive the same reporting on WhatsApp and email on their own time zone, with a dedicated point of contact who knows the property. If you would like to see the standard of reporting first, we are happy to start with a single inspection before you commit to a monthly plan.
